Position Statement 

We stand united

against the apparently corrupt and fiscally irresponsible ErieMetroparks three-man appointed Park Board of Commissioners as they use unfair "government muscle" tactics in attempt to forcefully occupy our private lands for a recreational bike trail.

We vow to expose

hard, substantiated evidence and seek justice for gross government violations of our property rights, committed by officials at our county and state levels.

We assert the right

to defy "backyard politics." We will not relent until our U.S. Constitutional Civil Rights as private property owners are recognized and protected.
